2. No bookings will be accepted after 28th November 2025.

3. The tickets are valid for redemption between 1st December to 1st January 2026 only between 11.00am to 10:00 pm.

4. Offer valid at PUNO ADVANCE GUWAHATI outlet only.

5. Walk-in guests are not eligible — bookings must be made through approved online platforms or IVR.

6. Socks are not included in the ticket prices and mandatory for entry into all zones. If guests do not have grip socks, they must purchase them at the venue at the applicable rates.

7. Offer prices are inclusive of GST.

8. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or membership benefit.

9. Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Guest must carry a valid booking confirmation (No Screenshot is allowed) and a government-approved ID proof at the time of redemption.

14. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior their slot time. Late entry may result in slot rescheduling as per availability.

15. PUNO reserves the right to refuse entry in case of misconduct or violation of park safety rules.

17. In case of any dispute, management decision will be final.
